From the earliest beginnings.

Birth shapes babies in ways that are often overlooked. When labor is prolonged, birth is surgical, or mother and baby are separated, imprints form in the baby's body and nervous system. The good news: addressed early, these patterns can shift.

Gentle hands-on care with newborn baby

Every baby deserves to feel good in their body, and so do you.

Prenatal Experiences

Babies begin absorbing the world before they are born. Their nervous systems develop in utero, shaped by their mother's experiences, stress, and emotional landscape. Pregnancy is not just preparation. It is the beginning of the relationship.

LRS Beginnings supports mothers in unwinding their own patterns, deepening prenatal connection, and preparing for birth and the early days with more ease and confidence.

Birth Experiences

Birth shapes babies in ways that are often overlooked. When labor is prolonged, birth is surgical, or mother and baby are separated, imprints form in the baby’s body and nervous system. The good news: addressed early, these patterns can shift.

LRS Beginnings offers birth psychology-informed assessment and gentle, hands-on support for both baby and mother.

Early Days

The early weeks ask everything of you. You are learning your baby while recovering from birth, running on little sleep, and navigating a version of yourself you have never met before. Your baby is communicating constantly, and it can be hard to hear them clearly through the noise.

LRS Beginnings blends parent education with gentle hands-on care, following your baby's cues to support development, regulation, and connection from the very start.

Common Questions

Answers to help you take the first step.

Do I need to wait until something is wrong before reaching out?

Absolutely not, and this is one of the most important things we want you to know. You do not need a diagnosis, a problem, or a reason beyond wanting to give your baby the best possible start. LRS Beginnings is rooted in prevention. The earlier we can support your baby's nervous system, movement, and development, the less likely challenges are to take root. If you are pregnant and want to prepare, that is the perfect time to reach out. You do not have to wait.

I'm not sure which service is right for me. Where do I start?

Start with a free 15-minute discovery call. We will talk through where you are, what you are noticing, and what kind of support might be the best fit. There is no pressure and no obligation, just a conversation.
