What areas do you serve?
I live in Brookhaven, Georgia so I can easily serve Brookhaven, Chamblee, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Doraville and North Druid Hills. I’m also able to serve Midtown and Decatur. If your area of Atlanta is not listed, please contact me!
Do you take insurance?
I require payment at time of service. If you wish to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company, I will provide you with a Superbill for your PT Evaluation or Treatment sessions. LRS Beginnings, LLC would be considered an out-of-network PT provider.
What payment do you accept?
You will be able to enter your credit card information when you book your session. All major credit cards are accepted. Depending on the type of service booked, you may be able to use your Healthcare Flex Spending Account. I also accept cash and check.
What are your Covid policies?
I am fully vaccinated, and will continue to follow the recommended booster schedule. I will wear a ClearMask™️ so that infants can see my mouth or an N95 mask if you prefer. I do not require families to mask, you do what’s comfortable for you. Please notify me of any covid exposures to reschedule as soon as possible.
Do I need a prescription or a referral?
In Georgia, Physical Therapists may evaluate and initiate physical therapy treatment without a prescription. However, we will need a prescription within 8 visits or 21 days, whichever comes first.
